Anthony Woolery is a Sous Chef who gained his experience working in many well-known Toronto Restaurants. From a very young age he has enjoyed his time spent in the kitchen – this experience he fondly refers to as “being in the lab”. He has also gotten equal enjoyment from seeing the happiness and amazing memories often shared over a delicious well cooked meal. This has been one of the driving forces behind his passion and desire to master his culinary skills. After dedicating years of learning his craft and educating himself through formal training, he developed a mindfulness to not only produce delicious meals, but to also find ways to make them nutritious and organic. His number one slogan is “Live it well” and he is determined to use this as one of his guiding principle when creating meals to help individuals achieve their healthy lifestyle goals.
